test lubitel 166 with a roll fujifilm npl 120 professional 160 which is a tungsten type long exposure negative bananced to 3100k tungsten light and designed for long exposure times of between 1/30 and 2 seconds. and, this roll is expired in 2001.

anyway, this so called toy camera can focus well and the colours, a little cold though, are better than i expected.

Take 40 Live Lounge with LMFAO At The Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park, Sydney

Down under for for the Stereosonic, Foreshore, and Breakout festivals, LMFAO rocked the Live Lounge, Moore Park, in the backdrop of Fox Studios with a solo show tonight. The Take 40 Live Lounge went off, and was presented by cashed up Debit Mastercard.

LMFAO are an electric pop duo from the U.S consisting of DJs Redfoo and SkyBlu, and are one of the biggest party rocking acts in the world right now.

This year the band released their second studio album Sorry For Party Rocking which spawned such epic party hits as Sexy and I Know It, Champagne Showers and Party Rock Anthem.

LMFAO played hits from this album and the energy was fantastic.

The Take 40 Live Lounge had 150 guests, all up close with LMFAO!

The Take 40 Live Lounge has previously housed some other awesome artists including Kasabian, Maroon 5, Vanessa Amorosi and Jessie J.

Well done to all involved for putting this event together. Special thanks to Nicole Hart at Revolutions Per Minute PR, MCM Media, Entertainment Quarter staff and management, and a ton of others.

For a planned show in 2007, a recent purchase of a new camera, a Hasselblad, plus some thoughts and discussions around the web and in particular flickr have me out shooting again. For some reason lately, I feel I am attuned to the light at the moment, if the light isn’t there the urge to shoot isn’t either.

f16 @ 1/4 T-Max 400 rated at 160, Developed for 13 minutes at 24 degrees C in D25.

fwiw these are *work prints* which means, they will look very different by the time they hit the wall in 2007 – in subtle photographic ways of course
